November 15, 2012. Kompong Phluk is a commune and village in Siem Reap Province in northern-central Cambodia. It is a floating village on the Tonle Sap. The name means 'harbor of the tusks'. The bluish-green building on the left is the local secondary school, and the white building further on the police station.
